These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of hayleyspopandplatter.com (the “Site”), operated by Hayley's Pop & Platter (“Pop & Platter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Site purpose
The Site presents examples of our balloon decor, backdrops, grazing tables, charcuterie, and related event services. It also provides a way to ask about availability and request information. Site content is general information and may change without notice.
2. Inquiries, quotes, and bookings
Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date or require either party to proceed. Availability, scope, pricing, deposits, payment timing, cancellation, venue requirements, food details, delivery, setup, pickup, and other event terms will be stated in a separate quote, proposal, invoice, or service agreement. If these Terms conflict with a signed event agreement, the event agreement controls for that service.
Photos are examples of prior work. Balloon colors, food items, flowers, props, materials, and layouts may vary based on availability, venue conditions, season, and the agreed design.
3. Information you submit
You agree to provide accurate contact and event information and to submit only content you have the right to share. You authorize us to use your submission to respond, prepare a quote, plan requested services, prevent abuse, and otherwise handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Site to:
- Break any law, infringe another person's rights, or submit unlawful or harmful material.
- Send spam, false inquiries, malicious code, or automated traffic that disrupts the Site.
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or other protective measures.
- Copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit Site content except as law permits.
- Misrepresent an affiliation with Pop & Platter or use the Site to deceive another person.
We may restrict access or disregard submissions that violate these Terms.
5. Our content
The Site's text, design, branding, graphics, and original photographs are owned by Pop & Platter or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site and share links to its public pages for personal, noncommercial purposes. No other license is granted.
6. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to Instagram, Facebook, or other services we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Site availability and disclaimers
We try to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any other implied warranty.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pop & Platter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited. Terms governing liability for booked event services belong in the applicable event agreement.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating only to the Site will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Updates and contact
We may update these Terms by posting the revised version and changing the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent through our contact form.
